Baptism is one of the two Sacraments of God’s grace that we celebrate as United Methodists. Baptism is the open door through which we enter into the church with all of its benefits and responsibilities.
Through baptism we discover:
WHO WE ARE – Our true identity in Jesus Christ
WHOSE WE ARE – To whom we belong, we are children of God who are called into God’s family.
WHY WE ARE HERE – Our purpose for being; called to make a ‘healing’ difference in this world with Christ’s love.
Through baptism we are welcomed, claimed, and commissioned by God.

· We practice both infant and adult baptism in our church.
· We recognize baptisms from other churches and denominations.
· We do not “re-baptize.”
· Every baptized person who joins our church “renews” their baptismal vows along with the members of the congregation. |
Anyone with additional questions or interest in scheduling a baptism should contact one of our pastors or make the request on our FEEDBACK page.
