Central's Senior High Youth Group is for and about high school age youth whose members are currently in grades 9 -12. The exciting reality of our SYG is how rapidly we keep growing and the tremendous close bond and friendships we have with each other. Your family does not have to attend Central United Methodist Church to be part of what we have happening for young people!

We always have lots of plans in the works but when you are in our youth group it means concerts, camps, movies, mission trips, and much much more.

Our members are actively involved with the Cape Atlantic District Youth (CADY) activities including beach volleyball, Halloween Fear Factor, District-wide basketball tournament, broomball hockey, snow tubing, and a multi-church lock-in featuring midnight bowling. Our members have the opportunity to take on leadership roles in the Greater New Jersey Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church's Youth and Young Adult Team, be selected for the global Mission of Peace, go on a pilgrimage to Taize, France, and share in mission projects with youth and young adults from throughout the United Methodist Church.

Our Senior High Youth Group meets every Sunday night from 7pm until 8:30pm. We spend our time playing games, eating, discussing issues we deal with as young adults, and just hanging out with each other. It's always a good time so come out and join us. If you are in high school, you definitely want to be apart of this amazing group of people. We'd love to have you!"
